Homemade fermented squid (Ojingeojeot)

I made 오징어젓 for the first time today! I’ve been patiently waiting for a month for my squid to ferment and today it was finally ready. It came out more delicious than I ever expected and my husband loves it. It won’t last long and I need to make more!
