Pajeon and its sauce (following Maangchi recipe), a three rice bowl with a topping of ginger marmalade (first time and it is really an amazing combination) and sauteed mushrooms and soy protein with soy sauce and garlic!! And… a glass of a pinot noir (a good match I think!)

    I’ve only used cut up veggies in the Korean pancake – I’m totally doing the long pieces next go round! Looks great :-)
