I had not so much ingredients in the fridge and I was too lazy to go to the grocery store…
A small leftover of danmuji, a little zucchini, a piece of cucumber, 3 cherry tomatoes, pogi kimchi (can’t do without it now, there’s always kimchi in the fridge), some leafs of lettuce and green onions.
Thanks to the Korean cuisine I could improvise a wonderful lunch !
Oi-naengguk is something I ate really often this summer but I’m not tired of it.
Paejon was soooo good, the touch of doenjang makes it really savory !
