I’ve been wanting to make these roll ppang for sooooo long, but just couldn’t find the time to do it. Also patience is not my strongest feature when it comes to food (I like to cook and eat right away😂) and these fluffy baby buns do take some time to grow up. Today I finally did it, and they were so worth the wait! So proud of my fluffy buns all grown up now. Once the first batch of dough was ready, I quickly decided to make another batch. Glad I did, because I probably would have been a bit sad if after two and a half hours of waiting for them to rise I would have ended up with only six buns and now I had twelve Yeeeah! Great recipe and I love that the heat of the pan is helping the dough to rise, think I will use this method for all of my future dough creations😊

Which to get? my first book has all the recipes for all the essential Korean pastes and sauces, but my second book Maangchi's Big Book of Korean Cooking has more recipes. Both are best sellers and either one is a good choice if you want to learn Korean home cooking.
