I made 새우 부추 만두 today:-)Mine isn’t as pretty as Maangchis but my bf and I will eat all of them so nobody knows they are not pretty:-D I double the recipe and made around 60 dumplings. I had a fun afternoon making dumplings while watching youtube video. So chill:-) I didn’t have parchment paper for steaming so I used a baking parchment paper and cut some holes on it. It worked out fine!
