This I made for the first time ever – and my god the broth is like mouth dropping good !! I used An extra tsp of soy sauce because the fish sauce I have is very mild and it was perfect !!! Not to salty not to tart or fishy !! The rice dipped in the sauce in mind blowing this is 100% my favourer soup recipe ever !!
