I wanted to try Tteokbokki for a long time, and finally got all the ingredients. The result was very good and tasty, however, the fishy flavour might be a little too strong for me. So next time I think I’ll try with meat or vegetables stock. Either way, it is a delicious dish and I absolutely recommend it!
