celebrating 2021 with a tteokguk


Happy new year !
The picture is not very beautiful but the dish was good !
The topping tend to sink a lot because I made it with a generous amount of liquid, the beef broth was great.
Served with minced cabbage seasonned with Korean mustard, pickled celery and kimchi of course !
