Vegan Bulgogi

I went vegetarian last year and really struggled with not being able to eat some of my favorite Korean recipes. I recently managed to make a delicious vegan version of “easy bulgogi” by using soy curls instead of beef. It absorbs the sauce well and still has a nice, chewy texture!

    What a creative idea to veganize bulgogi! Soy curls sound very interesting!
