As it is my brother’s birthday, and all the restaurants are still not open for dining in due to the COVID outbreak. I was thinking of cooking a good korean meal for my family. I chanced upon Maangchi’s Galbi-jjim video and she said that this dish was cooked for special occasion. I thought what better dish to cook than this. Maangchi also said this dish is eaten with a soup, rice and side dishes. So I went through the whole site and put together this meal.
In this picture I have Galbi-jjim, Ttukbaegi gyeranjjim, Yeon-geun-jorim, Chamchijeon, Gaji-namul, Kkwarigochu-jjim, Tongbaechu-kimchi, Aehobak-saeu-bokkeum, Sukjunamul-muchim, Sigeumchi-namul, Baechu-doenjangguk and Japgokbap.
Was a great dinner! My family enjoyed eating it, and I had a great time making it too.
