Far East Trading, a supplier to the Asian cuisine
Far East Trading has since 1991 supplied the Asian cuisine in Denmark with fresh vegetables, fruits and spices. We started in Guldsmedgade, but decided in 1999 to expand into Station Street. Shortly after we closed the old store down, and today our store still centrally with just a few hundred meters away from the Aarhus Central Station. Today, we sell products from as Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, China and Japan.
Which to get? Both are best sellers and either one is a good choice if you want to learn Korean home cooking. Maangchi's Real Korean Cooking has all the recipes for all the essential Korean pastes and sauces, but my second book Maangchi's Big Book of Korean Cooking has more recipes, more photos, and more variety.
