It’s technically an asian grocery store but I’ve managed to find everything I need to cook Korean food there – the essential gochujang, dwenjang, ddok, kimchi, korean curry, kimchi ramyun, jjappagetti! There is only one korean restaurant in Bristol and 0 korean supermarkets, so it’s great that they actually stock the things I need to get my korean fix haha
Which to get? Both are best sellers and either one is a good choice if you want to learn Korean home cooking. my first book has all the recipes for all the essential Korean pastes and sauces, but my second book Maangchi's Big Book of Korean Cooking has more recipes.
