– Maangchi’s book (there’s a list, too!)
– Gochujang
– Doenjang
– Roasted Sesame-oil
– Korean Soy-sauce
– Sesame-seeds
– Fresh Ginger (keeps very good in the fridge – years even! You may freeze it, too)
– Leek with roots (keeps longer than Spring Onions, but they keep well with roots and in sand at room temperature, too)
– Garlic
– Onions
– neutral Cooking-oil
– Radishes
– Chinese cabbage
(and/or self-made Kimchi)
– Dried Kelp
– Dried Anchovies, different sizes
– Nori
– Dried Seaweed
– canned Tuna
