Reply To: Doenjang

I buy my doenjang in a tub in an Asian Grocery Store, however, I find it goes hard and mouldy in the fridge if I leave it too long. Is there a proper way to store it? I have the same problem with gochujang. Maangchi’s always looks so nice and fresh. I’m wondering if she takes it out of the fridge before showing her video using these 2 pastes? Does anybody know?
