My local Korean church held a bakesale fundraiser, and they served among other things hoddeok and various types of jeon (savory Korean pancakes). Of course, sweet foods usually sell better in a bake sale than savory, so fresh piping hot hoddeok is a good idea. It’s easy have the batter ready to cook on the spot too. If you have access to shaved ice, patbingsu was the most popular item there. Sweetened condensed milk + various toppings make it easy to customize on the spot. There was a big line for patbingsu. If you think ice cream would sell, then patbingsu would sell: it depends too on the weather.
