간장새우 (Ganjang Sae-u) and 연근무침 request!

I am a very fan of your channel. Always thank you for your caring recipes. I am a fool about cookihg, but when I follow your recipe, the magic happens. :D

Could you show us how to make 간장새우? There are already some recipes in Korean websites, but I think yours will be the best!

Also, I have tried 연근무침 in Korean restaurant that were dressed with white NUTTY savory creammy sauce, and the 연근 were so crunchy. I guess the sauce was with sesame seeds or perilla seeds.
