Hi Maangchi! I recently went to Korea and had 갓김치. It was so delicious and I want to make it at home! Any plans to include this recipe in the future? Thank you!
A lot of napa cabbage recipes include mustard green in the recipe! The specific mustard greens (“gat” in korean) are hard to find, especially in whole bunches on the stem, instead of loose leaves.
I’d love to see this recipe, especially with actual ancovies (the one I had used whole anchovies instead of fish sauce)
I’m having a hard time looking for the recipe in your blog
