      Hello, Maangchi,

      I love your videos, and I have made a couple of your vegan dishes. Delicious! Many non-vegan dishes can be adapted to be vegan, but I would love to see more dishes with 100% plant-based ingredients.

      Wanted to second this! I very recently decided to switch to a plant-based diet (planet, health, etc.) — I used LOVE making Maangchi’s mandu on the weekends, and now I’m very sad I will not be able to enjoy eating/making that recipe. All this is to say — more vegan recipes please, and a very special request for a vegan mandu recipe! Thank you!
