Years ago, I assisted the korean exchange students in little rock arkansas. I am half korean so it was a natural fit. I remember one dish a friend of mine would make using bai top snails and stir fry it with peppers and other things. This was usually at a party because it was so spicy you had to be drunk to eat it. Lol. I have been looking for something similar to it for years and cant seem to find it. Any help?
Hmm, sounds like a version of 골뱅이무침 (gol-baeng-i-mu-chim).
