At a Super H Mart food court today, I came across a Korean dish that was new to me and that seemed super-suitable to recipe video-ification: bibim mandu! Is this an actual popular dish anywhere else or was it a quirk of the shop near me? It was similar to bibim naengmyeon but with dumplings and a lot of veggies (cabbage, bean sprouts, greens) instead of noodles. I really loved it, and would really love to hear about other interpretations of this dish if they’re out there :)
