Accidentally posted this in the other board but I saw a dish at a Korean stall in Super H Mart today that seems well suited to being filmed: bibim mandu! Some recipes translate it as dumpling salad but it seems to be similar to bibim naengmyeon with more veggies, no noodles, and dumplings with sweet and spicy sauce. It was really delicious!
