      Hi! I’m a HI island mama transplanted in TN. I made my first batch Maangchi’s easy kimchi recipe & we wiped it out just like nothing. She’s my new hero.

      I made my 2nd batch & it’s been sitting for 5 days now. We couldn’t wait & broke into it; however, it has a bitter taste. Did I not salt it good enough? It’s not sour like the last one. Can I salvage this? Thoughts? I’ll cry if I have to dump my new 6 bottles. Yeah, we love our kimchi. lol. Help? Thanks in advance.
