      Maangchi, I just preordered your new book today! yay, I am so excited for you and can’t wait to receive the new book from mail in a couple months!

      I hope you can show us how to make Bossam in the future. This is my favorite Korean dish but not a lot of places in my area has it. The one place that makes this dish really well around me always has a long line. It’s so hard to get a table.

      Congratulations on the new book again! Love all your recipes!

        There’s a new sky-scraper near Seoul-yeok – and s-e of it, there was/is a market, and there was this tiny bossam-restaurant. I hope it’s still there – best bossam ever!
