Hi Maangchi !
Would you know how to make cheonguk-jang ? Is there a difference between the Japanese Natto and the Korean cheonguk-jang?
In any case, you, who is a homemade specialist, (I think of fermented soybean paste, yum !!) would you like to do it?

I would also be interested in a video on how to make this. I wonder if natto is the start of fermented bean paste recipe as it has the strings before she grinds it into paste.
