I’m so glad I found your site – you and your site are amazing! I’ve been cooking vegan Korean food for 25 years (my wife doesn’t cook as much as I do, and she’s from Busan), and now my wife calls me a proper korean banchan cook!!! I’ve been making my own kimchis for a long time, but your banchan recipes are amazing! Just tonight I was told that the oimuchim I made was better than any restaurant my wife’s been to! That’s all thanks to you Maangchi 🥰I look forward to posting more and sharing pictures! You’re the best Maangchi!!!
