Hi everyone,
I went to my local Asian grocer(Brisbane, Australia) and purchased some Dangmyeon. Normally they are round and when it cooks its similar size to spaghetti. But this one is like Pad Thai Noodles the thickness is the same but it’s Dangmyeon, the taste is the same as normal Dangmyeon and the packet says its vermicelli. Has anyone found this, what do you cook them.
Thanks,
Laura
Brisbane, Australia
It says dangmyeon (당면: starch noodles), so you could use these noodles to make japchae. https://www.maangchi.com/ingredient/starch-noodles
Happy cooking!
