I saw video of you making a quick version of this using daikon and turmeric. I can’t find the video or recipe, would you be able to share your recipe with me.

I make it with your basic sweet pickle recipe and a little tumeric for color.
Try this one but don’t add the radish to the pan. Put the radish in a jar and cover with the brine while its still warm. It will be ready to eat within a couple days.
I’m late to the party. But I have a question that falls under the Danmuji Category. Do you think that I can use sliced Red Globe Radishes?
