This dish is absolutely delicious and is a great meat substitute for vegan/vegetarians. I am sure it has been requested before but would love to see a video on how to obtain the ingredients for this dish. The only Condonopsis root I have seen in the US is frozen and most likely is not Codonopsis Lanceolata. Maangchi, can you please tell us where to find this awesome ingredient or please import it to the US – we need this! Anyway, thank you so much for your awesome videos.
