      Hello. I am working on opening a traditional Korean restaurant in NYC, along with my partner, Jane Kim. I have 20 years experience working in the front of house (Manager, Bartender, Waiter) of NYC restaurants. We are looking for a Chef with experience in Korean kitchens. The concept is traditional Korean cuisine, not ‘fusion.’ Our projected opening date is the end of Summer to early Fall of this year, pending finding the right Chef candidate. This is a good opportunity for a Chef with experience in a Korean kitchen to head and run the kitchen, and as Head Chef the salary will be competitive. Please respond if interested as a candidate.
