I am looking for the Korean recipe for what I think is fermented/pickled radish. The Korean store I frequent has it in the cooler. The half-gallon jar is filled with large chunks of radish and also has one or two whole green onions along with a slice of pear. It is absolutely heaven and I’ve purchased it for years but the price is getting absurd. I would love to have the recipe if anyone could help. Thank you so much.
