Yes, Now I am talking about Special Korean and It has perfected the art of preserving food, so many side dishes are picked, fermented or salted and many are spicy. Kimchi, Korea’s famous spicy cabbage, which has over a hundred varieties using different vegetables, is a constant of every meal.
There are some foods that are special in Korea are Kimchi, japchae, and bulgogi.
I know about Acorn jelly (dotorimuk) – jelly-like dishes are very popular throughout Asia, but only Koreans practice making jelly from acorn powder. This treat is unique, as few cuisines in the world use acorns in their dishes.
Most people associate acorns exclusively with squirrels or the food of other rodents. And in Korea, they found a different use. Acorn jelly is very popular among Koreans, served as a separate dish and often marinated in soy sauce.
