Do you think Kimchi tastes different from other countries?

When I went to Korea for a trip, I found that Korean Kimchi tastes different from Japanese Kimchi!
I thought that Japanese Kimchi is relatively sweet, and Korean Kimchi is relatively sour.
Tell me what kind of Kimchi tastes in your country!

Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made from fermented vegetables, typically napa cabbage and Korean radishes, seasoned with a variety of spices and seasonings. It is a staple of Korean cuisine and is often served as a side dish with meals. The specific recipe you are using may vary, but generally, making kimchi involves mixing the vegetables with a paste made from garlic, ginger, and other seasonings, then fermenting the mixture for several days or weeks to develop its flavor.

It can definitely taste different in other countries, depending on the ingredients. It can taste different even within countries!

Definitely! It’s so comforting and unique. I think every country puts their own spin on it and you can really tell when you taste it. I love it – it’s absolutely delicious!
