    I started Doenjang, now the brick are drying since 4 weeks. One has a strong fishy smell, is it good? Also there is green dust around and inside the brick. Do I have to clean it, or it’s a good and activ mold I have to keep? Thanks a lot for sharring your experience!!!

    “Strong fishy smell” : ) It sounds good to me!
    You can wash the green fungi when you soak the blocks in salty water later. Follow the step by step directions in the recipe, please.
