Hey everyone, I want to try and make jajangmyun and was wondering if anyone knew if any of the marukai’s here in the southbay area (near LAX) ca? if so do they carry all the necessary ingredients to mak it?
You can use Udon noodles for Ja Jang Myun instead of the noodles maangchi uses. Udon is a little thicker but just as good. You could probably get that at Marukai. I don’t know about the black bean paste but they should have the rest of the vegetables.
