Dongdongju

I posted a comment already and forgot about this recipe request forum.

Every time I make a batch of makgeolli I bring it to a Korean restaurant in a small town in the middle of Iowa. The owner’s wife loves it and is so excited every time I show up with a glass carafe full of the delicious white wine. This last time she asked me if I can make dongdongju, but there are no references in English to give me a good enough recipe to follow. Help me Maangchi, you’re my only hope!
