A zillion varieties of dried fish and dried squid along with other “cleaned” frozen fish at our local Korenan grocery, but no instructions as to how to cook. Is there a resource somewhere I could consult? Maanchi’s cook books have recipe for Banchan, but I am looking for more then banchan dishes.
