      Hi Maangchi, I am making Tongbaechu-kimchi again. It is a great recipe. I am following the recipe exactly, including adding fermented salted shrimp (saeujeot). Do you have other recipes that use saeujeot? Otherwise, I have a jar of saeujeot that is dedicated to making kimchi. Thanks, Richard
