      Quick Question for Maangchi or anyone else…

      Have you ever flavoured the water that you use to make the porridge for any of your kimchi(s)? (with onion and anchovies…etc.)
      Would it help increase the flavour in any significant way?

      Would it be weird to add persimmon or any other kind of fruit to the porridge? (not sure if this is a thing)
