      Dear Maangchi,

      Korean people are very healthy. What is unique about Korean food is that many ingredients are considered medicine.

      In some of your videos you specifically say that the dish is good for your health. Like the Chicken Ginsang soup.

      Can you make videos that show how some ingrediants are medicine or what food is good for health conditions/

      From what I’ve read, there is a long, strong tradition about food as medicine in Korean culture. I would like to know more. Even simple ingrediants are special if you know how to use them.

      The subject is very big but can you share your traditional knowledge?
