Fried Rice with Egg.

Hello,

When I was a kid my mom used to make this amazing beef fried rice that she always put a nearly plate sized fried egg omelette on top of.

I’ve tried to recreate this egg, but I can’t get the flavorings to it quite right. I was very young when she made this food for me, so I don’t know what all she used to cook this. All I can really say is I’m pretty sure it had salt in it, not like that helps. Haha.

I’m hoping you might know what I’m talking about because she was born and raised in Korea so I can only assume it was a Korean dish that she herself ate when she lived there.
