Hello I’m Bhavana my traditional home cooking is Gujarati cuisine. Firstly I love Maangchi! You are my inspiration for learning to cook Korean Food. I never ever thought I would cook Korean because I am vegetarian And all the dishes I saw in The KDramas I loved watching were all with flesh. Maangchi however, with your vegetarian stock and your kimchi are a staple in my refrigerator. Thank you for all the great recipes which I adapt….
