Gimari/Kimari?

Hello! I’ve found something that I think would be great for you to do a video of. It’s Gimari. There aren’t a lot of recipes out there for it and I’m wondering if it’s not very popular? It looks delicious, and I’m going to try it this week.
It’s seasoned glass noodles wrapped in seaweed, then battered in a tempura-like batter and fried.
I hope to see a recipe for it from you someday! I have done a whole bunch of your recipes and my husband and I think they have all been delicious!
