While I lived in korea this was one of my favrotie dishes gopchang bokkeum and it came with this sweet spicy korean dipping sauce that wasn’t as thick as ssamjang but not water either it was in between. I am hoping you know what i am talking about and know how to make it because you would bring a little bit of Korea back to me.
