Thank you for posting all the great videos. I have been so interested in Korean cooking for so long, but I can’t find someone to each me the basic and I do not know any Korean friends in Hong Kong. Not just that, I can’t even find any Korean English cook books in Hong Kong! Then I started to search on internet and I found you and I was so happy.
I can’t wait to make the noodles for my daughter, it is her No. 1 favourite Korean food. Thank you for sharing and you are so good in cooking Korean food and your videos are so interesting. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

There are many Chinese translated books on Korean cooking as well as uncountable ones in English as well at the bookshops around the city (I live in HK!). I find the public library to be a very good source too and it is free!

Thanks vb38. I have been to PageOne & Book Center only. I will look into some local book stores as well. Thanks for your tips. I went to Korean Street this afternoon, it sells many Korean things… and I bought some side dishes as well….!
