      My Grandmother use to cook Beef on a hot skillet and we would dip it into Sesame oil with salt and pepper…she would make green onion kimchee to eat with the hot beef. Do you know how to make the Green onion kimchee? It had tiny baby shrimp in the kimchee too.

      yes, green onion salad with korean seasoning is very delicious with grilled beef or pork.

      Check out my “grilled beef” recipe. I posted the green onion salad recipe that you are talking about.

      Thank you so much for all the great recipes. My grandmother was a wonderful Korean lady and cook…I miss her and her wonderful dishes. I am half Korean, and I am excited to make your dishes for my friends. You should come to SC and cook for me and friends! Ha :)

      Umm… Green onion kimchee? like, Paa Kimchee? or the salad you eat with the meat lol? :]
