It’s a tasty side dish!
8-10 Green peppers (not spicy)
3 tablespoons doenjang
1 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoons chopped garlic
Mix it all and watch it disappear from the table
I don’t doubt your recipe, but Maangchi’s just heavenly. – Or the opposite; just take your pick… ;-)
Yes those pickles are delicious, I’ve made them several times. The difference is muchim is all fresh, no pickling.
