      Hi Maangchi!
      I’m planning a big dinner with a selection of your recipes For a friend’s birthday. I want to make Gungjung-tteokbokki but use that as the vegetarian option…could I replace the beef with king oyster mushrooms like you do in the veg version of bulgogi stew? I’ll also have some shitake mushrooms left over from your vegetarian stock….could I use them?
