해장국

Hi Maangchi,
I’ve been going to South Korea for the last 5 years now, and every time I end up eating something new.
Last year, I went for 설날, and on one cold morning, while I was staying in 서울, I went to have the best breakfast I’ve ever had. It was 해장국, even though I hadn’t been drinking the night before, as it was a really cold day, it was fantastic to eat that early morning.
Now I live in a small village and it’s nearly impossible to find Korean food, except if I cook it myself. So I was wondering if you could once let us know how to prepare that dish?
I’ve already learned a lot from you, and there are still a million things I need to learn!
