Hello all from Houston Texas

Hi everyone!

I have been learning so much about Korean food thanks to Maangchi’s videos and her book. If anyone in Houston would like to get together and make some recipes let me know. I have been trying to make things gluten free where possible to accommodate my family’s dietary needs and have had good luck using red pepper paste and soybean paste brands that do not have wheat. My bigger struggle so far is making pancakes without wheat….they turn out funny. Any recommendations on good locally made kimchi? I’m about to try making my own!
