Hello everyone! North Carolina here!

I’ve been lurking around this site for a couple of months, trying out the recipes and watching the cute videos. ^_^

Thank you so much, Maangchi, for making Korean food so accessable!

Luckily in central NC there are several Korean grocery stores, so I have had a fairly easy time gathering ingredients. (If anyone in central NC needs the addresses, just ask! ^_^)

I love cooking asian food, and I find Korean food in particular to be more intuitive than other kinds, but that might just be a personal preference! (I wonder if there is a world cuisine that comes most naturally to different people?)

Other than cooking, I love drawing, writing, and rearranging my furniture. XP I live with my wonderful fiance and also my best friend from university. They are my test subjects, and they’ve survived so far!
